[Java] Computer BSOD corrupted my world save

Yesterday I was afk farming on my modded minecraft world. I am running a Sky Factory 3 modpack and have gotten to a good point in my playthrough, however my computer BSOD when I was afk. After my pc restarted, I tried loading my world. It then became stuck  omegle  xender at the loading world screen. I tried to load a backed up save of the map but it still got stuck at the loading world screen. Can someone help me?
