Minecraft Launcher Installer Problems [java]

I just bought Java and I clicked to download for Windows. The .exe file downloaded and I clic vshare ked it. I had to restart my computer which closed the tab and I accidentally downloaded the file again. Now, I don't know if it's because I'm running other things or that I closed my laptop but the download bar for the Launcher I https://omegle.onl/ nstaller is just blank, no green at all.
