Is it possible on [Bedrock] on Xbox to make a world that has mods on it, or am I limited to the worlds that comes with the mods?

I'm playing bedrock on Xbox and I've recently got some mods from the marketplace that I really  https://nox.tips/  enjoy. They just add a bunch of creatures that spawn in different biomes so I would think I'd be able to start a new world with those mods on it but I just can't figure it out. I've tried looking it up and I can't really find anything that answers my question so I'm turning to reddit. Obviously I can make the world that is designed to showcase the mod, but I'd like to start a fresh new world with these mods on it. Is this even possible?  https://xender.vip/
