Java doesn't start even if I open the server

Good morning, 

for about 1 year I have been hopping a server for my friends but I stopped for a while, today while I wanted to reopen it, I realized that it does not open, even if I tried the command. Checking on activity management https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/ I did not notice any sign of life from java, I tried to update it but still nothing. Would anyone know how to help me?
