Okay, so I've (probably) saved enough money to buy the game, but since I'm still a minor, I can't ask my parents to do it for me lest they take my money away. Is there any way I can buy the game without having a bank account or anything? Some people told me to go to Cash Plus, and I did, but they said they don't offer those services, or maybe I did something wrong, I dunno.

Are you logged in with your current Mojang account, that already has Minecraft on it? That wouldn't work, because you can only have one copy of Minecraft per Mojang account https://19216801.onl/ . To purchase another copy of Minecraft, you'd have to create another Mojang account.
